The exercise of the Warrants allotted to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under ESOP # 5 Plan, totaling 31,800,000 Baht. 2. The exercise of the Warrants allotted to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under ESOP # 6 Plan, totaling 42,281,200 Baht.
