The exercise of the Warrants allotted to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under ESOP # 5 Plan, totaling 31,800,000 Baht. 2. The exercise of the Warrants allotted to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under ESOP # 6 Plan, totaling 42,281,200 Baht. The amount received totaling 74,081,200 Baht has been utilized for Company's working capital in full. Please be informed accordingly.
