That change results from the exercise of the Warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares under ESOP # 5 Plan and ESOP # 6 Plan for the period of 31 August 2010 issued to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries. Therefore, the Company now has the paid-up capital of 6,353,740,001.76 Baht divided into 1,484,518,692 ordinary shares at a par value of 4.28 Baht each. Please be informed accordingly.
