Registration of paid-up capital

No. SS. / 0897 / 2010 2 September 2010 Subject : Registration of paid-up capital To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform you that the Company has already registered the change in its paid-up capital from 6,343,339,601.76 Baht to 6,353,740,001.76 Baht at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 2 September 2010. That change results from the exercise of the Warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares under ESOP # 5 Plan and ESOP # 6 Plan for the period of 31 August 2010 issued to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries. Therefore, the Company now has the paid-up capital of 6,353,740,001.76 Baht divided into 1,484,518,692 ordinary shares at a par value of 4.28 Baht each. Please be informed accordingly.
