The exercise of the Warrants allotted to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under ESOP # 5 Plan, totaling 18,074,897.77 Baht. 2. The exercise of the Warrants allotted to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries under ESOP # 6 Plan, totaling 9,545,775.29 Baht.
