(English Translation) 30 September 2011 Subject : Registration of paid-up capital To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform you that the Company has already registered the change in its paid-up capital from 7,542,152,266.52 Baht to 7,546,954,443.64 Baht at the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 30 September 2011. That change results from the exercise of the Warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares under ESOP # 5 and ESOP # 6 Plan for the period of 30 September 2011 issued to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries. Therefore, the Company now has the paid-up capital of 7,546,954,443.64 Baht divided into 1,763,307,113 ordinary shares at a par value of 4.28 Baht each. Please be informed accordingly.
