(Translation) 16 August 2010 Subject : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 2nd quarter financial statement of the Company ending 30 June 2010. To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's the 2nd quarter financial statement of the Company ending 30 June 2010, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%,compared to the previous year's. With this regard, the Company would like to explain as the following. The 2nd quarter profit of year 2010 declined from previous year's showed at 239 million baht. Total revenue of this quarter did a good performance with an increase of 15% to 4,187 million baht meanwhile total expenses grew much more by 21% as a result of expiration of promotion on specific business tax and transfer fee by government. This would be the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year.
