That change results from the exercise of the Warrants to purchase the Company's ordinary shares under ESOP # 5 Plan for the period of 30 July 2010 issued to the Directors and Employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries. Therefore, the Company now has the paid-up capital of 6,343,339,601.76 Baht divided into 1,482,088,692 ordinary shares at a par value of 4.28 Baht each. Please be informed accordingly.
