To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors of Sansiri Public Company Limited in meeting # 1/2009 held on 5 February 2009 has passed the resolution to appoint the following 3 Independent Directors as the Compensation Committee to fulfill the position vacated earlier, effective from 5 February 2009 onwards. Name of members of the Compensation Committee are as follows: 1. Mr. Mana Noppun is a Member of the Compensation Committee. 2. Mr. Jesadavat Priebjrivat is a Member of the Compensation Committee. 3. Mr. Porntat Amatavivadhana is a Member of the Compensation Committee. Moreover, the Compensation Committee will elect one of its member to be the Chairman of the Compensation Committee at the next meeting, and the Company will informed the SET accordingly.
