To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's the 3rd quarter of 2008 financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2008, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain as the following. This quarter outcome has greatly improved almost 4 times to 511 million baht profit compared to the same period earning of prior year. This came from very large growth of project sales by 1,122 million baht to 4,021 million baht flourished by enormous condominium recognition. Also, the ratio of total expenses to total revenues plunged significantly down to 14% compared to preceding year's at 22% or an important decline by 37%. This would be the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year.
