To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : Circular of SET Bor.Jor (Wor) 25/2007, dated 6 June 2007 re : Date of closing share register when increasing capital or paying dividends. As Sansiri Public Company Limited had reported the Resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting # 2/2008 held on 27 February 2008 regarding the date of closing share register for the right to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders # 13/2008 and for the right to receive the dividend will be the same date, on 9 April 2008 at 12.00 noon, and the payment will be paid to shareholders on 28 May 2008. In order to comply with Circular of SET, the Company would like to provide the additional information that the dividend payment is uncertain as it has not yet been approved by the shareholder on 29 April 2008.
