No. SS./ 2821 / 2007 13 July 2007 Subject : Notice regarding changes in major shareholders To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sansiri Public Company Limited ("SIRI") has been informed by the major shareholder, Natural Park Public Company Limited, of the sale of its holding in SIRI to the group of Hong Kong investors, led by Dr. Allina Salim. As part of debt-restructuring of Natural Park Public Company Limited with its financial institutions, the sale of 205 million shares in SIRI, representing 13.91 percent of SIRI's issued and paid-up capital was transacted at the price of 3.09 baht per share on 12 July 2007. In this regard, Ayudhya Securities Public Company Limited, acting as the investor's representative, contacted SIRI stating that the investor would like to invest in SIRI, which is the well-known and experienced developer, with no intention to change the business direction and operations.
