To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") had set date for the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders # 1/2007 which will be held on 18 January 2007 at 2.00 p.m., at Ayuthaya I-II Room, on the 3rd Floor, Century Park Hotel, No. 9 Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam-Victory Monument, Makkasun Sub-district, Rajthevi District, Bangkok in order to consider matters as detailed in the previous notification. The Company would like to inform that it has publicized the Notice of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders # 1/2007, together with all related documents which are the same version to be sent to the shareholders, on the Company's website (www.sansiri.com) since 10 January 2007.
