Decreasing of the Company's Registered and Paid-up Capital of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has informed the SET that it has completed the legal process required for decreasing of the company's registered and paid-up capital, by reducing the par value from 5 Baht to 4.28 Baht without any changes in the number of shares. As a result of actions taken, there will be a subsequent decrease in the Company's registered and paid-up capital in the trading system, effective from July 19, 2006 onwards.
