(English Translation) Sansiri Public Company Limited announces acquisition of ordinary shares of Pacific Challenge Holding Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors Meeting of Sansiri Public Company Limited ("SIRI") # 5/2006 held on 29 June 2006 passed the resolution in approving SIRI to acquire 212,500 ordinary shares or equivalent to 85 percent of paid-up capital of Pacific Challenge Holding Co., Ltd. ("Pacific") from Mrs. Supaporn Chittmittrapap, a shareholder of Pacific. The transaction is categorized as Class 3 pursuant to the Notification of the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of Listed Companies Concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of Assets, 2004, the details of which are as follow: 1. The date on which the transaction will occur SIRI shall acquire the ordinary shares of Pacific within 15 July 2006 2. The parties involved Buyer : Sansiri Public Company Limited Seller : Mrs. Supaporn Chittmittrapap Relationship with SIRI : - none - 3. (Based on financial statements of Pacific as at 31 December 2005 which are adjusted to reflect the transaction occurring after the date specified in the financial statements until 30 June 2006 (forecasted) and the Consolidated financial statements of SIRI as at 31 March 2006). 4.
