To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") had set date for the 2006 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which will be held on 20 April 2006 at 10.00 a.m., at Kamolthip Room # 3, on the 2nd Floor of Siam City Hotel, No. 477 Si Ayutthaya Road, Thanon Phyathai Sub-district, Rajthevi District, Bangkok in order to consider matters as detailed in the previous notification. The Company would like to inform that it has publicized the Notice of the 2006 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholder, together with all related documents which are the same version to be sent to the shareholders, on the company's website (www.sansiri.com) since 5 April 2006. These documents will be respectively sent to the shareholders whose name appeared in the Company's share register book on 31 March 2006 at 12.00 noon. Please be informed accordingly.
