(Translation) Ref. SS./ 0221 /2006 24 February 2006 Subject : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of year 2005 financial statement of the Company ending 31 December 2005. To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2005 financial statement ending 31 December 2005, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that property development for sales has presented significant revenue of around 9.3 billion baht compared to earlier year revenue's 5.7 billion baht, an expansion of 3.6 billion baht or sixty percent. This affected to gross profit enlargement of 2.3 billion baht in such revenue or 0.6 billion baht (35%) developed from 1.7 billion baht of the year before. This is the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
