No. SS. / 0196 / 2006 20 February 2006 Subject : Clarification on newspaper article To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As stated on the newspaper "Tan Hoon" dated 17 February 2006 that Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") expected gross margin of 2006 to be 26 to 30% compared with 26% in 2005. The Company would like to clarify that the aforementioned gross margin of 26% is based on the 9-month revenues from core businesses. However, the Company will urge to disclose such information through the SET system immediately upon the auditing as of 31 December 2005 is completed. This is submitted for your information.
