SS. / 0595 /2005 16 May 2005 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 1st quarter of 2005 financial statement of the Company ending 31 March 2005. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 1st quarter of 2005 financial statement ending 31 March 2005, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that twenty three property developments of 1st quarter 2005 have pushed double sale record at 1.7 billion baht compared to seventeen projects of realized sale for the same period prior year. SGA to total revenue ratio also declined to around 16% meanwhile 20% was recorded at the year before. This is the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
