No. SS. / 2623 / 2004 30 July 2004 Subject : Report on the utilization of the increased capital To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Regarding Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") offered the newly issued shares pursuant to the Company's capital increase, according to the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting # 1/2003 held on 17 November 2003, in the number of 589,218,474 shares, to the Company's existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding entitlements, the subscription ratio is 3 existing shares to 2 newly issued ordinary shares at the price of 5.- Baht per share, the total amount of money received from the said increase capital were 2,946,092,370 Baht. The Company would like to report on the utilization of the increased capital which issued and offered pursuant to the resolution of the Shareholders Meeting as above-mentioned, ending 30 June 2004 to the SET as follows: 1. Approximately 1,225 Million Baht were utilized for new land purchase and new project investment. 2. Approximately 1,200 Million Baht were utilized for partial prepayment and refinancing of term loans. 3. Approximately 521 Million Baht were utilized for general working capital.
