SS./ 2383 /2004 19 May 2004 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 1st quarter of 2004 financial statement of the Company ending 31 March 2004. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 1st quarter of 2004 financial statement ending 31 March 2004, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that more than ten property developments have recorded a significant growth on sales which made an increase by about three times to around eight hundred million baht compared to that of last year period coupled with an enhancement of gross profitability to over thirty percent. This is the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
