Decreasing of The Company's Registered Capital and Paid-up Capital (SIRI) SANSIRI Public Co.,Ltd.(SIRI) has informed the SET that is has completed the legal process required for decreasing of the company's registered capital and paid-up capital, by decreasing the par value from 8.55 baht to 5 baht without any changes in number of shares. As a result of actions taken, there will be a subsequent decrease in the Company's registered and paid-up capital in the trading system, effective from February 2, 2004 onwards.
