Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's quarterly financial statement ending 30 September 2003, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that the Company has materialized revenue of property development for sales significantly to more than a billion baht or an almost three times increase from that of an earlier year. Also, company gross profit has become improved with a nearly 50% development. This is the main cause that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the same period of the previous year.
