No. SS. / 0383 / 2003 2 June 2003 Subject : Clarification of information related to the disclosure information of Natural Park Public Company Limited, regarding the investment in Sansiri Public Company Limited To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference: Disclosure of information of Natural Park Public Company Limited, regarding the investment in Sansiri Public Company Limited, reported on 28 May 2003 As Natural Park Public Company Limited ("N-PARK") has reported the information to the SET, regarding the investment in Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") that N-PARK acquired the ordinary shares in the Company; being approximately 10.96% of the issued and paid up shares capital of the Company on 27 May 2003. Therefore, the number of ordinary shares, inclusive of the shares that N-PARK acquired earlier will be 215 million ordinary shares, or equivalent to 24.79% of the paid up capital of the Company, as per details in the Reference.
