Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2002 financial statement ending 30 June 2002, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that in year 2002, the Company has been able to realize almost double income from a housing project compared to the same period of prior year resulting in smaller losses. These are the main reasons that have resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the same period of the previous year.
