Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2002 financial statement ending 31 March 2002, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that in year 2002, the Company has realized the income from a housing project as well as a group subsidiary exercised financial restructuring affecting to the profit. These are the main reasons that have resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the same period of the previous year.
