SS./ 0133 /2001 15 May 2001 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 1st quarter of 2001 financial statement of the Company ending 31 March 2001. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Refering to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 1st quarter of 2001 financial statement ending 31 March 2001, which reports a profit that varied more than 20%, compared to that of the same period of the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that in the 1st quarter of 2000, the Company's net profit mainly came from debt restructuring, meanwhile in 2001, the Company has the income from a newly opened housing project which the Company has promptly record started to realize whole amount of marketing expenses when payment was made.
