Sansiri Public Company Limited has already issued and offered the warrants to the directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiary, in the number of 1,104,000 units since 21st February 2001, total number of warrants being unissued are 336,000 units, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said warrants offering as described in Enclosure attached hereto.
