SS./ 0344 /2000 15 August 2000 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 2nd quarter of 2000 financial statement of the Company ending 30 June 2000 Attn : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 2nd quarter of 2000 financial statement ending 30 June 2000, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the same period of the previous year. With regard to above profit, the Company would like to explain that in the 2nd quarter of 1999, the enormous losses of the Company mainly affected from debt to assets swap. However, for the same period of 2000, the Company has a profit from debt settlement and a transfer of asset for debts.
