At present, the Company had already issued and offered the Newly Issued Share which reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants in accordance with the said Plan, totaling 981,800 shares since 31 January 2000, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said issuance and offering as described in report form enclosed. However, total balance of warrants being unexercised and total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant after this exercising right of warrant are 3,876,600 units and 3,876,600 shares respectively.
