"SP" SIGN LIFTED ON SIRI The Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has publicly clarified for the SET and investors information concerning SIRI has finalised the terms and condition of venture agreement with Starwood Thailand Corporation which is a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group Limited, the United States company. The Company has to urgently request the Board Director Meeting on 3 March 1999 in order to have the Board resolution approval share allotment to this investor. Therefore, the SET has lifted the temporary suspension on trading in the company's securities effective from 4 March 1999 onward. The SET first suspended on the securities of SIRI on 3 March 1999 while it waited for the firm to clarify the required information to investors.
