"SP" SIGN ON SANSIRI PLC. (SIRI) Previously, the SET halted securities trading on SIRI for no longer than one session, effective from the first trading session of 3 March 1999 since because SIRI has finalised the terms and condition of venture agreement with Starwood Thailand Corporation which is a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group Limited, the United States company. The Company has to urgently request the Board Director Meeting on 3 March 1999 in order to have the Board resolution approval share allotment to this investor. However, The SET is waiting the company to disclose the information. Therefore, by virtue of Clause 5(1) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, notified on February 9, 1995, the SET posted "SP" sign on its securities effective from second trading session of the second trading session 3 March 1999. sr/sp-e-sir.cw/yt
