SS/0089/1999 March 3, 1999 Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Approval for share trading suspension for Sansiri Public Company Limited At 8.00 a.m. today, Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has finalised the terms and condition of venture agreement with Starwood Thailand Corporation which is a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group LLC., the United States company. The Company has to urgently request the Board Director Meeting today at 2.00 p.m. in order to have the Board resolution approval share allotment to this investor. To protect the minority shareholders interest from using insider trading or leaking of information, the Company would request your approval to suspend the trading of SIRI share on March 3, 1999 for ONE working day. SIRI shares should be traded normally on March 4, 1999. The Company shall notify the SET the Board resolution by March 4, 1999 one hour before trading. Please be informed accordingly.
