The Actions taken since the last report Preparation of 01/01/1999 - 31/03/1999 -On process ,which Contingency Plan expected to be ready to proceed on the 1st quarter of 1999. 2. Management Analysis Although the test result of our main computerised operation system and personal computer used in the Company indicated that they will not be affected by the Y2K problem,but we are still cautions of this problem. Therefore we have instructed our IT department to co-ordinate with each and every departments in the Company in order to find the way to resolve the problem or any other contingencies which may arise in the year 2000, by preparing the contingency plan for emergency event. This contingency plan is expected to complete within the 1st quarter of this year. In confirming that this set of articles and information has been certified as one whole complete set.
