SS/0090/1999 March 3, 1999 To : Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand Re : Report the Resolutions to appoint Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board The Board of Directors of Sansiri Public Company Limited in the meeting # 2/1999 held on March 2, 1999 at 2 p.m., has approved the following resolutions:- 1. That the Company has approved to appoint Mr. Chittin Sibunruang as the Chairman of the Board instead of Mr. Banyong Lamsam who had resigned and the Company had already registered with Ministry of Commerce. 2. The Company has approved to appoint Mr. Vasant Chatikavanij as the Deputy Chairman of the Board instead of Khunying Chatchani Chatikavanij who had resigned and the Company had already registered with Ministry of Commerce.
