SANSIRI PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED REPORTS THE RESULTS OF THE SHARE OFFERING Dated June 22, 1998 Whereas the Company had already increased its registered capital from Baht 645,500,000.- (Six Hundred Forty Five Million and Five Hundred Thousand Baht Only) to Baht 945,500,000.- (Nine Hundred Forty Five Million and Five Hundred Thousand Baht Only) by issuing 30,000,000 common shares (Thirty Million common shares) , at par value of each Baht 10.- , totalling Baht 300,000,000.- (Three Hundred Million Baht Only) in order to offer its new shares wholely or occasionally to the 17 institution investors as specified in the SEC Announcement No. Kor.Jor.13/2539 governing the submission of the Application to disclose information for the offer for sale of securities and its exception date September 12, 1996. This time the Company had made the share offering in the amount of 2,928,045 shares , leaving the number of shares to be further offered in the amount of 27,071,955 shares. The Company , then , report the results of the said offering to Stock Exchange of Thailand , as follows:- 1.
