(Translation) 13 September 2011 Subject : Publicity of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholder No. 1/2011 Notice To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") had set date for the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholder No. 1/2011 which will be held on 27 September 2011 at 2.00 p.m., at Infinity Room No. 1-2 (Ballroom), Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel, No. 8/2 Rangnam Road, ThanonPayathai Sub-district, Rajthevi District, Bangkok in order to consider matters as detailed in the previous notification. The Company would like to inform that it has publicized the Notice of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholder No. 1/2011, together with all related documents which are the same version to be sent to the shareholders, on the Company's website (www.sansiri.com) since 12 September 2011. These documents will be respectively sent to the shareholders whose name appeared in the Company's share register book on 2 September 2011. Please be informed accordingly.
