Registration of paid-up capital

Subject : Registration of paid-up capital

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform you that the
Company has already registered the change in its paid-up capital from
6,445,507,481.76 Baht to 7,519,738,163.32 Baht at the Department of Business
Development, Ministry of Commerce on 12 May 2011. That change results from the
stock dividend allocation to the existing shareholders of the Company.
Therefore, the Company now has the paid-up capital of 7,519,738,163.32 Baht
divided into 1,756,948,169 ordinary shares at a par value of 4.28 Baht each.
