of Association of Sansiri Public Company Limited (increase the
registered capital)

Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed the registration of the amendment
of Memorandum of Association (increase the registered capital) of the Company,
from 9,977,496,273.04 Baht to be the new registered capital of
11,641,589,650.96 Baht by divided into 2,719,997,582 shares with the par value
of 4.28 Baht each, with the Registrar of Public Company Division, Business
Development Department, Ministry of Commerce on 11 May 2011.
