SS./ 0096 / 2010 re: Notice regarding changes in major shareholders, dated 3 February 2010 As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the SIRI") has reported to the SET that since 2 February 2010 T.S. Star Company Limited (being the holding company wholly owned by Mr. Srettha Thavisin who is also the director), had already acquired the 178,274,400 ordinary shares, representing 12.09 percent of SIRI's issued and paid-up capital, resulting Mr. Srettha Thavisin Group became SIRI's major shareholder having the totaling of 215,439,784 shares, representing 12.09 percent of SIRI's issued and paid-up capital, with no intention to change the business direction and operations, the detail of which are described in the Reference. SIRI has been informed by the major shareholder, T.S. Star Company Limited, on 1 April 2010 that it had successfully acquired shares from Majestic Heart Limited (the acquired shares were transferred to them by Trendy Plan Investments Limited) in an additional number of139,900,000 shares, representing 12.09 percent of SIRI's issued and paid-up capital at the price of 5.00 baht per share.
