(Translation) 3 March 2010 Subject : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the year 2009 financial statement of the Company ending 31 December 2009. To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's the year 2009 financial statement of the Company ending 31 December 2009, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%,compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain as the following. 2009 performance showed profit at 1,607 million baht, an increase of 76% compared to previous year gain. This resulted mainly from the expansion on revenues from project sales by 16 % or 2,234 million baht to 16,629 million baht. Such growth came primarily from sales enlargement of condominium. Last year sales consisted of condominium valued at only 6,643 million baht coupled with single house and townhouse at 7,745 million baht. Meanwhile current year's showed the significant improvement of condominium revenue at 8,858 million baht as well as a slight increase of single house and townhouse to 7,769 million baht. This would be the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year.
