Subject : Explanation on the news in the newspaper.

As appeared on newspaper "Khao Hoon dated 17 February 2010 that Sansiri Public
Company Limited ("the Company will present to the Board of Directors on 2
March 2010") to approve dividend payout of 0.50 baht (Fifty Stang) per share
for the year 2009, based on 2009 net profit of more than 1,500 million baht,
The Company would like to inform that the Board meeting is scheduled on 2
March 2010 as appeared on the newspaper, nonetheless, net margin and dividend
payout have not been specifically mentioned as appeared on the newspaper. In
this regard, the apprval on dividend payout is at the discretion of the Board
of Directors.
Please be informed accordingly and also disseminate the explanation to the
shareholders and related person.
