To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As it was appeared in Reuter news on 20 January 2010 that Sansiri Public Company Limited (the "Company set revenue target for the year 2010 to be increase around 5%") from the 2009. The expected net profit for the year 2009 would be increase around 60% from the previous year, which is beyond our target. And there were also news about plan to sell the newly issue shares as a private placement and the issuance of the debenture in 2010. The Company would like to explain that it just explained about the over-all plan for the year 2010 which if all the targets were achieved would create growth around 50-60 percent but it did not specifically state about the rate of revenue and net profit as appeared in the news. Regarding the news relating to the sale of the newly issued shares as a private placement and the plan to issue the debenture in the year 2010, they were also part of the Company overall plan with respect to the Company's capital. The Company did not have the specific timetable on them as the Company had to take into consideration the sentiment of both the capital and money market.
