(-Translation-) 18 January 2010 Subject : Notice of Allocation date of the Warrants Representing Right to Purchase Ordinary Shares of Sansiri Public Company Limited No. 1 (SIRI-W1) To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand This is made in reference to the resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2009 of Sansiri Public Company Limited (the "Company") held on 6 November 2009, which approved the issuance of the Warrants Representing Right to Purchase Ordinary Shares of Sansiri Public Company Limited No. 1 (SIRI-W1) (the "Warrants") which would be allocated to the Company's existing shareholders on a pro rata basis (Right Offering). In this regard, the Company duly fixed the date of 9 October 2009, as the date to specify the names of the shareholders entitled to receive the Warrants (Record Date), and the names of entitled shareholders shall be collected under Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (as amended) by means of share register book closure and suspension of share transfer on 12 October 2009, with the ratio of 2 existing ordinary shares to 1 unit of the Warrants. The meeting also authorized the Board of Directors and/or the Company's authorized signatories and/or a person(s) entrusted by the Board of Directors and/or the Company's authorized signatories to determine and modify additional details and conditions in relation to the issuance and allocation of the Warrants. With this, the Chief Executive Officer and the President who are the persons entrusted by the Board of Directors, deemed it appropriate to allocate the Warrants on 20 January 2010.
