Sansiri Public Company Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that,
in order to enhance the good corporate governance regarding the rights and
equitable treatment of shareholders, the Company will offer the shareholders
the rights to propose matter to be included as an agenda, as well as propose
qualified candidate to be nominated as the Company's director ahead of the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2010, during 21 December
2009 - 20 January 2010. The detailed guidelines and procedures have been
