SS./ 1333 / 2009 21 October 2009 Subject : Publicity of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2009 Notice To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") had set date for the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2009 which will be held on 6 November 2009 at 10.00 a.m., at Infinity Room No. 1, Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel, 8/2 Rangnam Road, Thanon Payathai Sub-district, Rajthevi District, Bangkok in order to consider matters as detailed in the previous notification. The Company would like to inform that it has publicized the Notice of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2009, together with all related documents which are the same version to be sent to the shareholders, on the Company's website (www.sansiri.com) since 21 October 2009. These documents will be respectively sent to the shareholders whose name appeared in the Company's share register book on 12 October 2009. Please be informed accordingly.
