Subject : Notify the resolutions to appoint the Chairman of the Compensation
Committee, to fulfill the position vacated earlier

The Compensation Committee of Sansiri Public Company Limited at its meeting #
1/2009 held on 20 February 2009, has passed the resolution to approve the
appointment of a member of the Compensation Committee, i.e., Mr. Mana Noppun
as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee to fulfill the position vacated
earlier, effective from 20 February 2009 onwards.
