SS./ 0804 /2008 13 May 2008 Subject : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 1st quarter of 2008 financial statement of the Company ending 31 March 2008. To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's the 1st quarter of 2008 financialstatement of the Company ending 31 March 2008, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain as the following. This quarter showed 254 million baht losses, a meaningful decline when compared to previous year profit of 42 million baht. Total income slightly decreased by 4% or 112 million baht from 2,690 million baht to 2,578 million baht. Total expenditures unfavorably grew around 9% from 2,566 million baht to 2,789 million baht or an increase of 224 million baht. Such significant surge came from building reform of eleven Condo One projects.This would be the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year.
