SS./ 4366 /2007 13 November 2007 Subject : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 3rd quarter of 2007 financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2007. To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's the 3rd quarter of 2007 financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2007, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain as the following. This 3rd quarter performance profit at 130 million baht, an increase by 42% compared to the same period of prior year. Overall revenue and expenses slightly altered which after taking care with a positive change of interest burden still resulting in further profit decline, however, the on going of original revenue department income tax measurement influenced more significant tax saving. This would be the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year.
