No. SS./ 3128 / 2007 8 August 2007 Subject : Information regarding the big lot sale To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Sansiri Public Company Limited ("SIRI") heard that the big lot sale of 160 million shares in SIRI was transacted at the price of 3.18 baht per share. The big lot transaction represents 10.86 percent of SIRI's issued and paid-up capital, resulting in the change in major shareholder structure. Nonetheless, SIRI has not been contacted by the major shareholder.Therefore, the business direction and operations remain unchanged.
